🔑 Door locking
Although Tirol is a very safe place, our house has a locked door policy. It means that our guests are asked to lock both the flat and house door when leaving. We appreciate you are following this rule.
🚭 Smoking Policy
Our accommodation is COMPLETELY non-smoking. You can use the balcony to enjoy your cigarette.
🅿️ Parking
- We have a private parking place available for our customers. It is located less than 100m up on the street. It is the first place behind the fence.
- We kindly ask our guests to arrange the parking availability with us in advance.
🧻 Apartment amenities
Our accommodation offers following equipment free of charge:

- Bed sheets
- Soap
- Toilet paper
Should you need a refill, please let us know.
♻️ Garbage sorting
We try to leave the smallest possible negative impact to the nature, therefore we kindly ask our guest to sort their trash as follows:
- Plastics (bottles, packages, …)
- Paper (boxes, packages, newspaper, magazines, …)
- Glas (bottles, broken glasses, …)
- Metals (cans, bottle caps, …)
- Bio (all organic material, NO food rests as meat etc.)
- Communal garbage (all remaining)
Should you have a dangerous trash (such as batteries, bulbs, chemicals) or not to be sure, where how to sort, we will be happy to help.
🤫 Quiet hours
As our apartment is mainly suited for families with kinds, we kindly ask our quest to follow the quiet hours. We have a very good understanding if the kinds get a bit wild 😀
🛫 Check in/out
We are flexible when it comes to the arrival/departure of our guests. Just speak to us in advance if you need to overcome the regular check in/out.

🔥 Damages and Liabilities
Our guests are personally responsible for any damages caused during their stay. We hereby ask for being honest with us, when something happens – we will always try to find a solution fitting both sides.
