The apartment was completely renovated in 2023 and is stylish and fully equipped.

Apartment offers:

• A spacious living room with a dining area.
• In addition to the two bedrooms, the living room features a double sofa bed.
• A fully equipped kitchen (stove with oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle).
• A bathroom with shower and toilet.
• 1× bedroom with a double bed.
• 1× bedroom with 2 single beds. Balcony with patio furniture.

Included:

• Bed linens and towels are provided.
• Internet (Wi-Fi).

Available upon request:

• Iron.
• Changing table with changing pad.
• High chair for children.
• Baby crib.
• Washing machine (for a fee).

Additional services and information:

• If not arranged otherwise, check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM. Upon arrangement, we can pick up our guests at the Innsbruck train station, bus stop, or airport. We offer a variety of sports equipment for rent.

Mandatory additional costs:

• Local tax: €2 per person per night, children up to 15 years old are free.
• Final cleaning: €50.00 per group/stay.
